About the Role:

Call Hammer Leads is seeking driven and reliable Appointment Setters to help roofing contractors nationwide connect with homeowners affected by storms. As part of our team, you’ll make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for roofing sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using our dialer system to reach homeowners.
   
• Qualify homeowners based on interest and storm-affected locations.
   
• Schedule appointments for roofing sales representatives.
   
• Follow scripts while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
   
• Record call outcomes and update appointment details accurately.
   
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
   
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
   
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
   
• Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centers is a plus, but not required.
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
